Delivery Time Shipping

We strive to process all orders as promptly as possible. However, due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, please note the following estimated processing times:

· In-stock items: 2–5 business days

· Handmade or custom items: 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order and current demand

Please be aware that during high demand periods (such as holidays or limited edition launches), processing times may be extended. If your order requires additional time, we’ll notify you via email.

Estimated Delivery Times (once shipped):

· United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

· Europe: 5–12 business days, depending on your location and weather conditions

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to, invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
